<br /> To the Constables of the Town:
<br /> In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts,you are
<br /> hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town
<br /> of Mashpae who are qualified to vote in the election to most at the
<br /> Moshpee Middle School on Monday, the 1st day of December,.
<br /> 1986 at 7:30 p.m. for the following purpose:
<br /> To act on the Articles contained in the following warrant.
<br /> ARTICLE I
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and approprioate ortronsfer
<br /> from available funds$7,263.07 for the following unpaid bills incur-
<br /> red in fiscal year 1986:
<br /> Commonwealth Electric Co., $3,398.57; Perkins Paper $991.68;
<br /> Cape Cod Collaborative, $1,222.29; New England Telephone,
<br /> $212.67;Xerox Corp.,$1,437.86.Submitted by School Committee
<br /> ARTICLE 2.
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise ondappropriate or Iransferw...,
<br /> from available funds the sum of $30,000, or any other sum, to
<br /> provide technical, engineering and professional services to the
<br /> Board of Water Commissioners,or take any other action relating
<br /> thereto.Submitted by Board of Water Commissioners
<br /> ARTICLE 3
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate transferfrom
<br /> available funds, borrow or otherwise incur indebledne" for
<br /> $8,000, for architectural and engineering services for a new
<br /> elementary school, and that to meet such appropriation, the
<br /> Treasurer,with approval of the Board of Selectmen,be authorized
<br /> to borrow $8,000, at one time or from time to time, under and
<br /> pursuant to Chapter M,Section 7 of Massachusetts General Laws,
<br /> or any other enabling authority,and to issue bonds or notes of the
<br /> Town therefore,and further that$400 be raised and appropriated
<br /> or transferred from available funds to the Interest on Temporary
<br /> Loans Account for the purpose of paying interest on any notes or
<br /> bonds issued thereunder,and$40 be raised and appropriated or.
<br /> transferred from available funds to the Issuance of DebtAccountlo
<br /> pay for the costs of issuance of the bonds or notes,or take any other
<br /> action relating thereto. Submitted by Board of Selectmen
<br /> ARTICLE 4
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to omend the zoning by-law by
<br /> adding thereto the following:
<br /> 11 C.3 Exemption for Public Housing. Notwithstanding the provi-
<br /> sions of Section 11 C above,the provisions of said Section 11 C shall
<br /> not apply to any division of land,permit or approval required for
<br /> development of public housing by the Moshpee Housing Authority.

<br /> To see if the Town will vote to Appropriate and Transfer a tum of
<br /> money from the Revenue Available for Appropriation Account to
<br /> be used to offset the amount to be raised by taxation for fiscal year
<br /> 1987,or take any other action relating thereto.Submitted by Board
<br /> of Selectmen
<br /> ARTICLE 6
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to rescind approval of any portion of
<br /> the appropriation of one or more of the following accounts:select-
<br /> men's clerical salaries,selectmen's wages,surplus equipment,leg-
<br /> al and engineering,out-of-state travel,selectmen's expense,town
<br /> museum,town hall expense emergency equipment repair,general
<br /> 3ffice supplies, street lights, town insurance, issuance of debt,
<br /> interest on temporary loans,interest on notes and bonds,interest
<br /> on river land, council on aging director salary, assistant town
<br /> planner salary, sargeonts and patrolmo salaries, police wages,
<br /> police expenses,dispatacher salaries,dispatcher wages,firefigh-
<br /> ter salaries, firefighter wages, firefighter expenses, building in-
<br /> spedor expense,animal control expense,harbormosster expense,
<br /> herring warden run maintenance,shellfish expanse,health agent
<br /> and assistant salary,health wages,health expense,public works
<br /> workmen salary, public works wages, public works municipal
<br /> buildings, public works ground maintenance, public works ex-
<br /> pense,public works road maintenance,tree warden wages,tree
<br /> warden expense, school department budget, community school
<br /> expense,library expense,parks and recreation director and assis-
<br /> tant salary,parks and recreation clerical salary,parks and recrea-
<br /> tion wages,parks and recreation expense,or lak9 any other action
<br /> related thereto.Submitted by Board of Selectmen
<br /> ARTICLE 7 To see if the Town will vote to transfer from the
<br /> Revenue Available for Appropriations Account a sum of money to
<br /> the Stabilization Fund,or take any other action relating thereto.
<br /> You are hereby directed to serve this Warrant by posting up
<br /> attested copies thereof,one at the Town Holl and one each on the
<br /> bulletin boards fourteen days otleast before said meeting.
<br /> Hereof foil not and make returns of this Warrant with your doings
<br /> thereon to the Town Clerk at the time and place of said meeting.
