<br /> $2,000 to complete the renovation of the Civil Defense

<br /> ARTICLE 66: To see if the Town will vote to create a'De-
<br /> partment of. Resource Management, under the direct control Submitted by Civil Defense Director
<br /> of the Board of Selectmen, whi-ch shall begin operations on
<br /> July 1 , 1986. The Town Planner shall be the Director of
<br /> said Department and shall be responsible for the administra-
<br /> tion and coordination of the Department staff -and activi- .

<br /> to the Town Planner, the Conservation Officer, the Shell-
