the Board of Selectmen and/or Conservation Commission to apply for and accept Federal and/or State grants , including reimbursement under Chapter 132A , Section 11 of the General Laws, to be applied by the Town toward the financing of this purchase , and to enter into contracts and agreements with Federal and/or State agencies , private conservation trusts, or other entities or persons in connection with the purchase and preservation for conservation purposes of such land; and finally , to see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission and the Board of Selectmen to enter into agree- ments and execute any and all instruments as may be neces- sary on behalf of the Town to effectuate said purchase ; or take any other action related thereto. Submitted by Town Planner ARTICLE 61 : To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire for, conservation purposes.. by ` .purchase or eminent domain under M. G. L. Chapter 79, the entire fee interest in two parcels of land totalling approx- imately 4 . 5 acres which are located along the Mashpee River between said River and Great Neck Road North just south of its intersection with Quashnet Road , identified on the Mashpee Assessors' Maps as Map 44 , plot 43 and Map 45, plot 4 , and more specifically described in a deed recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 1243 page 381 , a copy of which is on file in the Town Clerk ' s office ; said land to be held in the care and custody of the Con- servation Commission pursuant to M. G.L . Chapter 40 , Section BC ; and further to see if the Town will vote to appropriate a sum of money for such purpose , including expenses inciden- tal and related thereto, and that to raise such appropria- tion the Treasurer , with the approval of the Selectmen , be authorized to borrow said sum or a portion thereof under and pursuant to Chapter 44 , Section 7 ( 3) and, if appli - cable , Section . 8C, of the General Laws , or any other en- abling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefor , with said bonds or notes to be repaid by the income derived from the sale of cranberries from bogs owned by the Town , said payment to take precedence over any other allocation of said income except the repayment of other bonds or notes incurred in the purchase of conservation lands , and still further to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate , or transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Interest on Temporary Loans Account and a further sum of money to the Issuance on Debt Account ; further , to see if the Town will authorize the Board of Selectmen andior Conservation Commission to apply for and accept Federal and/or State grants , including reimburse- ment under Chapter 132A, Section it of the General Laws, to be applied by the Town toward the financing of this purchase . and to enter into contracts and agreements with Federal and/or State agencies , private conservation trusts, or other entities or persons in connection with the pur-
