9. 343 Where land is permanently dedicated as open <br /> space in conformance with the requirements of <br /> Subsection 9 . 33 , the residential units ( as <br /> defined in Subsection 9 . 342 above ) which <br /> would otherwise have been allowed on such <br /> specific area of land may be transferred to <br /> another portion or parcel of the OSID ( subject <br /> to the conditions listed in Subsection 9. 33) . <br /> Depending on the level of environmental , <br /> scenic and public value and on the ultimate <br /> level of public access to or ownership of the <br /> land so dedicated , the residential units <br /> transferred may be subject to the following <br /> bonus multipliers : <br /> ( a) On the basis of location , one of <br /> the following multipliers may <br /> be applied: <br /> 1 .4 for lands fronting on <br /> salt water or salt water <br /> wetland ( including any water <br /> body subject to tidal action) <br /> where a minimum of three hundred <br /> : 300 ) feet back from the water <br /> or wetland are preserved (only <br /> lands within 300 feet back from <br /> the water or wetland may qualify <br /> for this bonus) ; <br /> I_3 for lands fronting on <br /> fresh water ponds over ten <br /> ( 10 ) acres , on non—tidal portions <br /> or the Mashpee , Quashnet , Santuit <br /> or Childs P. ivers , Red Brook or <br /> Quaker Run ( below Route 28) , or on <br /> adjacent fresh water wetlands <br /> were a minimum of three hundred <br /> 300 ) feet back from the water or <br /> we ! land are preserved ( only lands <br /> within '•00 feet back from the wa•�' <br /> or '.wetland ma; rj,.al ify for this <br /> ( b) On tre basis o� _onsis `. encx with <br /> iloen '.pace incentiL�e <br /> plan ' , nrt3 of the foil wing <br /> nu : t ' - tier_ mal, be aD0 ' ied : <br /> V. for ii.ri d5 .
