In addition to such pre-application <br /> conference , the applicant should arrange for site. <br /> visits by members of each board . <br /> The following items shall be submitted to <br /> each board at least fourteen ( 14) days prior to <br /> each pre-application conference and to the <br /> Town Planner , the Superintendent of Streets, <br /> the Fire Chief , Police Chief and the <br /> consulting engineer to the Planning Board <br /> at least fourteen ( 14) days prior to the first of <br /> such conferences : <br /> ( a) A topographic plan of the entire <br /> sit.e , including all parcels <br /> proposed for open space or for <br /> development , shcwing topography <br /> at five ( *3> foot contour intervals <br /> or less, ill existing paved and <br /> imoroved roads , ways and trails and <br /> ali existing structures . <br /> ( b.i r natural ^e5ource map or maps, on <br /> a coo/ or copies of the topographic <br /> olan , indicating all wetlands as <br /> defined by M. G. L.
