(L) Any other items requested by the <br /> Conserva '. ion Commission , Planning Board <br /> or Board of Health at the pre-application <br /> conferences . <br /> 9 . 373 Special Permit Review - Upon submission of <br /> the required application materials to the <br /> Board of Health , Design Review Committee and <br /> Conservation Commission , the applicant shall arrange <br /> to attend a regularly scheduled meeting of each <br /> in order to discuss the application and to solicit <br /> their comments . As part of its' presentation at the <br /> Planning Board hearing on the OSID special permit , <br /> the applicant shall present the minutes of such <br /> hearings , ( unless fourteen days have elapsed since <br /> a hearing and no minutes have become available) <br /> any letters or other comments issued regarding the <br /> development any any letters or comments received <br /> from the other Town Officials noted in Subsection <br /> 9. 372 .
