" at the end of the second sentence, and insert the' <br /> following, "and outline the financial status of the town prior to the <br /> business of a special or annual town meeting" ; or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> Section 2 . 6 . 2 would then read : The Finance Committee shall choose one <br /> of their number as Chairman and likewise choose a clerk .
