<br /> Loans Account and a further $475 to the Issuance of Debt Account; In any city .or town which accepts this section, all money re-
<br /> and still further to authorize the Board of Selectmen or Water ceived from licenses or recovered as fines under any by-law

<br /> or loans or private funds toward the financing of the above section, shall be paid into the treasury of said town or city

<br /> treasurer to the county in which said town or city is

<br /> Any and all functions relating to the regulation of dogs pur-
<br /> suant to section one hundred and thirty-seven to one hundred
<br /> - and seventy-four D, inclusive, which would otherwise be per-
<br /> formed by the county, by the county commissioner or other- ,
<br /> Article 61: wise, shall not be performed by the county on behalf of any
<br /> city or town which is not a member of the county dog fund.
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Town By-Laws by -
<br /> deleting the current Section 2.17.1 and substituting the Any and all costs which would otherwise be paid out of the
<br /> following new Sections: county dog fund shall not be paid by the county to any city '
<br /> or town which is not a member of the county dog fund, or to

<br /> Duties of Dog Owner,or Keeper -
<br /> Section 2.17.3 Duties -

<br /> become 6 months old, whichever is later. Dogs must "
<br /> also be re-vaccinated periodically in accordance with
<br /> rules and regulations adopted by by the Department of
<br /> Public Health. The owner or keeper must obtain
<br /> from the veterinarian a vaccination certificate
<br /> showing the duration of the immunity, or a notarized
<br /> letter stating that a certificate was issued or a
<br /> Article 63: metal rabies tag, bearing an expiration date
<br /> \ indicating that the certificate is still in effect.
<br /> To see if the Town will vote to accept the provisions of Chapter
<br /> 140, Section 147A of the General Laws. b) The Town Clerk may grant an exemption from the pro-
<br /> visions requiring evidence of rabies vaccination if
