Article 14 (Amended Version) <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning BY-Law by adding <br /> the following to Subsection 9.3.7.4: <br /> "Adjustments to roadway locations and design or similar items shown <br /> on the master plan which the Board determines are of a minor nature <br /> and will not impact on neighboring properties or public interests <br /> may be made at a public meeting, but the Board may otherwise modify <br /> its special permit decision, phasing and other conditions only by a <br /> favorable vote of at least four members of !;!,r� after holding <br /> h!3 A notice of <br /> a pubT—ic—heari"9 — Swt:Cllieu in )uosectiontg <br /> the Board's vote shall be delivered within twenty (20) days to the <br /> applicant, Building Inspector and Town Clerk." <br /> and by adding the following new subsection (h) to Subsection 9.3.7.8: <br /> (h) Changes in the location or design of buildings, signs or <br /> other facilities or structures or landscaping approved under <br /> Subsection 9.3.7.8 may be made by the Board by a majority <br /> vote at a public meeting. A notice of the Board's action <br /> shall be delivered within twenty (20) days to the applicant <br /> and to the Design Review Committee, Building Inspector and <br /> Town Clerk. " <br />
