Article 15 To see if the Town will appropriate $93, 000 to construct a bicycle path on Great Neck Road South, as shown on a sketch plan dated July 11, 1988 on file with the Town Clerk, and for said purposes the Town vote to transfer $23, 250 from the Department of Public Vorks Hain tenance and Small Construction Account to the Bicycle Path Account, and further for said purpose, and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Treasurer, with approval of the Board of Selectmen, be ti a authorized to borrow at one time or from time to me $69, 750 in anticipation of reimbursement from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, with said borrowing under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 6A of Massachusetts General Laws, or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore; and further, the Town vote to appropriate and transfer from the DPV Maintenance and Small Con- struction Account $5,<)29 to the Bicycle Path Account to provide for debt interest and issuance expenses, Motion to accept as printed. . . . . .YES 63. . . .NO 56. . . . . . . . . . . motion does not carry. . . . .. .9;10 Article 16 To see if the Town will vote to accept a gift of the fee interest in land together with slope, drainage and roadway easements, from George Thompson, and further, to accept the layout of a portion of Pimlico Pond Road and Cove Road Extension as Town ways together with easements for road purposes and further, to abandon a portion of the present layout of Pimlico Pond Road, all as shown on a plan consisting of four sheets entitled " 'THREE PONDS' Subdivision Plan of Land in Hashpee, Mass. for George H.
