Town of Maslipee Special Town Meeting Meeting called to order at 7:35 P.M. with 119 registered voters present. . . . * * . . . .Quorum required 100 BARNSTABLE, ss: Greetings To the Constables of the Town: In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and summon the inhabitants of the Town of Mashpee who are qualified to vote in the elections to meet at the Mashpee Middle School on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of November 1988, at 7:30 p.m. for the following purposes: To act on the Articles contained in the following Warrant Article I To see if the Town will vote to purchase and equip a new Class I ambulance and to appropriate a sum of money for said purchase; and for said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town transfer a sum of money from the Ambulance Receipts Account and vote to borrow or otherwise incur indebtedness of a sum of money and the Treasurer,with approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow a sum of money at one time, or from time to time, under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Sections 7 and 8 of the Massachusetts General Laws, or any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the Town therefore; and still further,that the Town direct proceeds received from ambulance service fees in the Ambulance Receipts Account be restricted for use to pay the principal, interest, debt issuance costs and service billing fee costs without further appropriation until such time as the debt has been retired, 'Roti on., t appropriate $75,000.
