Article 9 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to grant to the Mashpee Water District an easement over a portion of Town-owned land shown on the 1985 Masbpee Assessors'Maps as Map 62, Plot 67 and more specifically described on a plan entitled'r- 4 Well Easement,' dated November 7, 1988, which is on file in the Town Clerk's office, for the purpose of development,installation and maintenance of well sites and a water distribution system to secure a supply of municipal water on such teims and conditions as the Board.of Selectmen determine to be in the best interest of the inhabitants of the Town Motion to accept as printed. . . .MOTION 7 P.M.
