<br /> portion of said land lying east of a line 30 feet east of the center line of GoodspoW S
<br /> Meeting House Road, excluding any land lying within 30 feet on either side of the
<br /> center line of Hollo%A/ (Noisy Hole) Road, to be held in the carp, and custody of the
<br /> 1�oriservation Corrimis3ion pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40,
<br /> -Dection 8C, with the remainder to be held by the Board of Selectmen for roadway,
<br /> school and or other public purposes, further, to see if the Town will vote to
<br /> appropriate $900,000 or any other slim for such purpose, including expenses
<br /> incidental and related thereto) and to raise such appropriation, the Treasurer, with
<br /> the approval ofthe Selectmen, be authorized to borrow $900,000 or any other sum
<br /> under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7(3) and, if applicable, Chapter 40)
<br /> Section EIC, of the General Laws, or any other enabling authority, and to issue
<br /> bonds or notes of the Town therefor, with said bonding authorization contingent
<br /> upon passage of a referendum to exclude the principal and interest on such debt
<br /> from the tax levylirnitation imposed by Chapter 59, Section 21 C of the General Laws
<br /> (so-called Proposition 2 112); and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and
<br /> appropriate or transfer from available funds $76,500 or any other sum to the
<br /> Goodspeed's Meeting House Road Land Purchase Account to provide for interest
<br /> and debt issuance expenses; further, to see if the Town will authorize the Board of
<br /> Selectmen and/or Conservation Commission to apply for and accept Federal and/or
<br /> State grants, including reimbursement under Chapter I 32A, Section 11 of the
<br /> General Laws, to beapplied bythe Town towardthe financing of this purchase, and
<br /> to enter into contracts and agreements with Federal and/or State agencies, private
<br /> conservation trusts, or other entities or persons in connection with the purchase of
<br /> such !and and preservation for conservation purposes of the specified portion of
<br /> such land;and finally, to see if the Town will authorize the Conservation Commission
<br /> and the Board of Selectmen to enter into agreements and execute any and all
<br /> instruments as may be necessary on �ehalf of the Town to effectuate said
<br /> purchase, or take any other action related thereto.
