Article 7 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 172-5 of the Wetlands <br /> Protection By-Law by adding the following at the end of Subsection A. <br /> "In cases involving large projects (where the applicant would have to <br /> notify over 25 abutters by Certified mail) and/or projects involving <br /> public utilities, the Commission may, at its discretion, allow the <br /> applicant to utilize another method of public notification. In these <br /> cases where it is deemed appropriate by the Commission, the applicant <br /> may place a legal advertisement (notice) in the designated newspaper <br /> for three consecutive calendar weeks prior to the scheduled hearing for <br /> said project.
