Article 12 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Section 5-23 of the Mashpee Code by <br /> deleting the existing section and replacing it as follows: <br /> "The Council on Aging at its first annual meeting and thereafter <br /> annually in July of each year, shall elect from its membership, a <br /> Chairman, Vice-chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer. Each officer shall <br /> hold office until the next annual election.
