" " " UNANIMOUS 8 : 27 p.m . <br /> w <br /> Article lO : <br />� To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate , borrow or <br /> transfer from available funds or authorize the Treasurer to borrow a sum of <br /> w money to be expended under the direction of the Board of Selectmen for the <br /> purpose of designing and constructing a regional segtage treatment plant and <br /> related facilities, including any associated equipment and services, such <br /> w <br /> expenditure of funds to be contingent upon successful passage of a vote to <br /> exclude the debt for this purpose from the provisions of Proposition Two and <br /> w <br /> One-Half, so^calledv as provided for under MGL Ch. 59* 21C( k ) , or take any <br /> other action relating thereto " <br /> * Submitted by the Board of Health and <br /> the Board of Selectmen <br />� <br /> Motion to move that $3, 250p000 be hereby appropriated, to be expended under <br /> * the direction of the Board of Selectmen, for the purpose of designing and <br /> constructing a regional segtage treatment plant and related facilities <br />� including without limitation all costs thereof as defined in Section l of <br /> Chapter 29C of the General Laws ; that to raise this appropriation the <br /> Treasurer with the approval of the Selectmen is authorized to borrow not <br /> ° exceeding $3 , 250 , 000 and issue bonds or notes therefor under Chapter 44, <br /> Section 7 ( l ) v or 805) v of the General Laws , or any other enabling authority, <br />�^ including Chapter 29C of the General Laws "* that such bonds or notes shall be <br />^� <br /> general obligations of the Town unless the Treasurer with the approval of the <br /> Selectmen determines that they should be issued as limited obligations and may <br /> ^ <br />� <br />` <br />
