Motion: I move the Town vote to fix the salaries of the elected officers as specified under the columns entitled"Board of Selectmen's Recommendations" in Line items 1, 2, 13, 16, 24, 65, 66 ,,Omnibus" budget as distributed to voters at this Town Meeting and further the Town defray the expenses for the ensuing fiscal year by appropriating those amounts shown under the columns entitled"Board of Selectmen's Recommendations" and that to fund said appropriation, the Town raise and.appropriate $22,055,579.00; appropriate and transfer from the Ambulance Receipts reserved for appropriation $20,000 to Line Item#42; and $20,000 to Line Item#43; appropriate and transfer from the Hotel/Motel Reserved Receipts $157,545 to Line Item#88; appropriate and transfer from the Pension Trust$30,000 to Line Item#86; appropriate and transfer from the Conservation Receipts reserved for appropriation $9,455 to Line Item#29; appropriate and transfer from the Shellfish Receipts reserved for appropriation $8,500 to Line Item#56; appropriate and transfer from the Betterment Receipts reserved for appropriation $165,000 to Line Item#80. Motion made to raise and appropriate$22,055.579.00 and transfer from the Ambulance Receipts reserved for appropriation $410,500.00. Motion passes at 9:52 p.m. Article 3. To see if the Town will vote to hear the report and adopt the Capital Improvement Program as presented by the Capital Improvement Committee and to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate, borrow or transfer from available funds $590,387.00 to various department Capital Accounts (See Capital Requests), or take any other action relating thereto. Capital $203,000 School Capital $57,000 and further the Town appropriate and transfer $18,924.15 from the Coombs School Construction Account; $126,258 from the Mashpee Middle School Addition Account; $416.79 from the Police Station Addition Account; $1,493.20 from the Elementary School i Architect Account; and $2,907.86 from the Transfer Station Account; Total transfer $150,000.00 to the School Capital Account.
