H 6120 <br /> Chapter 2 b 1 <br /> T H E C O M M O N W E A L T H O F M A S S A C H U S E T T S <br /> In the Year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Ninety-six <br /> AN ACT RELATIVE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUNICIPAL WATERWAYS IMPROVEMENT <br /> FUND IN THE TOWN OF MASHPEE. <br /> i <br /> I <br /> Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court <br /> assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: <br /> Notwithstanding the provisions of section five G of chapter forty of the <br /> General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, the town of <br /> i <br /> Mashpee is hereby authorized to establish a separate fund to be known as the <br /> Mashpee Municipal Waterways Improvement and Maintenance Fund. Revenue re- <br /> ceived under subsection (i) of section two of chapter sixty B of the General <br /> x <br /> Laws, all fees for mooring permits, other moneys appropriated to said fund by <br /> the town or the commonwealth and any donation or gift to said fund shall be <br /> -}` deposited into said fund.
