Motion: The Town vote to appropriate and transfer from revenue available for appropriation $734,643 to the Stabilization Account. r Motion passes 8:20 p.m. i I Article 23. i I To see if the Town will vote to accept the intersection layout of Route 151 and Old Barnstable Road as shown in a set of plans prepared by VHB, which layout shall have been filed in the office of the Town Clerk not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift,purchase or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate, transfer from available funds or borrow a sum of money for such purchase or taking and for constructing or reconstructing said public ways, including costs therefor, or take any other action relating thereto. Prepared for the Bufflehead Bay Nominee Trust", revised date November 6, 1995 by Hayes Engineering, Inc. of Wakefield, MA, to the care and custody of the Conservation Commission pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 8C, or take any other action relating thereto.
