To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw by amending Subsection 174-25.I. as follows: In Subsection 174-25.I.(5) add after the words "similar to the aforementioned" the words "or the studio of a painter, sculptor or similar professional artist,"; l In Subsections 174-251(1), (2), (3) and (4) indicate that such uses are allowed by right in any land use district by adding the letter "Y" in the C-1, C-1-0, C-1-SV, C-2 and I-1 columns; In Subsections 174-25.I.(5) and (6) indicate that such uses are allowed, subject to Plan Review, in the I-1 district by placing the letters "PR" in the I-1 column; I or take any other action relating thereto. No building permit may be issued for any lot within a cluster development until the open space within the development has been deeded to the Town or, where the open space will not be deeded to the Town, until the deed restriction required by Subsection 174-47.B.(7) has been recorded, and evidence of such recording has been submitted to the Planning Board and Building Inspector." and to add the following sentence to Subsection 174-46.G.(8)(f): "No building permit may be issued until the required open space within the OSID has been deeded to the Town or the covenants and restrictions required by Subsection 174-46.C.(5) have been recorded and evidence of such recording has been submitted to the Planning Board and Building Inspector." i
