T. Section 174-56 currently reads: Violations and penalties. Anyone who shall violate a provision of this Article shall be punishable by a fine not more than two hundred dollars($200)for each violation. Each day during which any portion of a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Violations shall be considered to begin on the first day after the time allowed for correction of the violation has elapsed. Official notice of violations and time allowed for correction shall be given in writing by the Town of Mashpee. I. By deleting the existing Section 174-56,then renumbering 174-57 to 174-56. Explanation: Mashpee's Zoning By-law has Article XVIII called "Enforcement and Penalties," which outlines the procedures for the Building Inspector to follow. It also provides a penalty of$300 per day, which is inconsistent with the current sign article. Any wall-mounted back-lit sign shall require Design Review comment and review and a Special Permit by the Board of Appeals.
