To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning By-law as follows: By amending Article II Definitions, §174-3, by inserting the following after ACCESSORY USE and before APARTMENT: "ADULT USES: An adult bookstore, an adult motion picture theater, an adult paraphernalia store, an adult video store, an establishment which displays live nudity, as further defined below, and such other uses as provided by Chapter 40A, Section 9A. (1) ADULT BOOKSTORE: an establishment having as a substantial or significant portion of its stock in trade, defined as a minimum of 25% of the total inventory as determined by the Building Inspector, books, magazines, and other matter which are distinguished or characterized by their emphasis depicting, describing, or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Section 31 of Chapter 272. (2) ADULT MOTION PICTURE THEATER: an enclosed building used for presenting material distinguished by an emphasis on matter depicting, describing, or relating to sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Section 31 of Chapter 272. (3) ADULT PARAPHERNALIA STORE: an establishment having as a substantial or significant portion of its stock, defined as a minimum of 25% of the total inventory as j determined by the Building Inspector, devices, objects, tools, or toys which are distinguished or characterized by their association with sexual activity, including sexual conduct or sexual excitement as defined by Massachusetts General Laws, Section 31 of Chapter 272.
