Motion to be made by Nancy Caffyn. <br /> Motion: I move Article 15 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, <br /> "or take any other action relating thereto." <br /> Motion passes at 8:58 p.m. <br /> Article 16. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 79 of the Town By-Laws by adding thereto a new <br /> Section 79-5.3. as follows: <br /> Section 79-5.3. Penalties for failure to vaccinate a dog or cat against rabies. <br /> Whoever violates the provisions of Section 79-6.D. shall be subject to a fine of fifty dollars <br /> ($50) for each offense, <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Town Clerk and Animal Control <br /> Explanation: Owners that fail to inoculate their dog or cat against rabies will be subject to a <br /> fine. <br /> Motion to be made by George Costa. <br /> Motion: I move Article 16 be voted as printed in the warrant, with the exception of the phrase, <br /> "or take any other action relating thereto." `` <br /> Motion passes at 8:59 p.m. <br /> Article 17. <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 79 of the Town By-Laws by adding thereto a new <br /> Section 79-5.4. as follows: <br /> Section 79-5.4.
