BUDGET DIRECTORY <br /> AN- The AN supply line is for replacement bulbs and parts to <br /> repair the AN inventory of the District. <br /> GUIDANCE- Guidance SuQplies covers cost of ribbons for machines, <br /> printed material used by Guidance, Supplies the file folders, <br /> pencils, pens, markers, etc. purchased from either Central <br /> Crib or direct. <br /> Guidance Public Relations advertising done regarding <br /> recruitment, expense of annual open house or mall show, <br /> promotional items purchased like mugs, travel bags, pens; <br /> paperweights, etc. Also includes any cost regarding annual <br /> road show and tour groups. <br /> TRANSPORTATION- is self-explanatory. The allocation for Team travel to and <br /> from games is included in the Athletic budget. All late <br /> buses, detention, and sports are carried under late buses. <br /> ATHLETICS- The Athletic budget is basically self-explanatory. Funds to <br /> be received from Chatham <br /> (Hockey) and Harwich (Football) are shown in Revenue <br /> section. Athletic supplies includes replacement uniforms <br /> and all expendable items (bats, balls, etc.) and medical <br /> supplies. <br /> Reconditioning is the annual cost of recertification of <br /> helmets and repairs to shoulder pads, etc. <br /> I <br /> 51. <br />
