October 4, 1999 Annual Town Meeting Article 23 To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: Replace the current wording of Subsection 174-26.B.(1)with the following: "(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection A,within any year the number of new dwelling units for which building permits may be issued shall not exceed 100. Said total shall not include any dwelling units exempted from the provisions of this section by Subsection C.below." Amend Subsection 174-26.C.(1) by replacing the phrase"Subsection A" in the first sentence with the phrase"this section"and adding after the "developments nual phasingesheduleprior �' in thelfir98sentence 7,under an unexpired special permit which meluded a sPec ficannual aged 55 or over in conformance with the phrase"dwellings legally restricted to occupancy by p g Massachusetts General Laws and applicable regulations," with said amendments to take effect on January 1,2000, or take any other action relating thereto.
