Amendments to Zoning;iviap <br /> Any Changes or amendments shall be indicated by the alteration of,such map, and the map thus altered is declared <br /> to be a part of this chapter thus amended. <br /> §174-7. Construal of boundaries. <br /> Where a district boundary is indicated as within or parallel to a street, highway, railroad right-of-way, watercourse <br /> or town municipal boundary, such district boundary shall be construed as the center line or as being parallel to the <br /> center line of such street,highway, railroad right-of-way,watercourse or town municipal boundary. <br /> §174-8. Determination of boundaries by Building Inspector. <br /> Whenever any uncertainty exists as to the exact location of a boundary line, the location of such line shall be <br /> determined from the scale of the map by the Building Inspector. <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ARTICLE iV <br /> Application of Regulations <br /> §174-9. Compliance required. <br /> No buildings shall be erected or used and no land shall be used or divided unless in conformity with the regulations <br /> of this chapter. All other buildings and all other uses of land or of buildings are hereby expressly prohibited,except <br /> those already lawfully existing which by the provisions of this chapter become lawfully nonconforming. <br /> §174-10. Lot lines in adjoining municipalities. <br /> When a lot lies in part within the Town of Mashpee and in part in the adjacent municipality, the provisions of this <br /> chapter shall be applied to the portion of such lot in the Town of Maslipee in the same manner as if the entire lot <br /> were situated in Mashpee. <br /> §174-11. Lots located in multiple zoning;districts. <br /> When a lot is transected by a zoning district boundary, the regulations of this chapter shall be applicable to the <br /> larger part by area of such lot and may also, at the option of the lot owner, be deemed to govern in the smaller part <br /> beyond such zoning district boundary, but only to an extent not more than thirty (30) linear feet in depth beyond <br /> such zoning district boundary. <br /> 7 <br /> !
