X the first published notice of the public hearing(s) held by the Planning Board (or other board) on the proposed zoning changes. 'I 2. X the second published notice of the public hearing(s) held by the Planning Board(or other board) on the proposed zoning changes. (published during next succeeding week following first publication) Each copy needs to show the following information: (a) the date of publication; (b) the name of the newspaper of general circulation in the town in which the notice was published; and I � (c) the article number to which each item in the notice relates to (this may be marked on the legal advertisement by the clerk, by hand). 3. X a certificate from the Planning Board (or other board)that notice of its hearing was posted in a conspicuous place in the town hall at least 14 days before the date of the hearing. I 4. X the posted notice of the public hearing(s)held by the Planning Board(or other board) on the proposed zoning changes. ('lease write or stamp posted next to the date it was posted). NOTE: The content of the notice must include the timedplace, subject matter sufficient for identification and where the text/map is available for inspection." 5. X a certificate from the Planning Board (or other board)that the notice of its hearing was sent by mail, postage prepaid, to: (a) the Department of Housing and Community Development; (b) the regional planning agency, (c) the planning boards of all abutting cities and towns; and (d) (if applicable) all non-resident property owners who have filed an annual request with the town clerk in accordance with local by-law or law.
