-- -- - - ARTICLE 43 To see if the Town will vote to accept the layout of Redwood Circle, Redwood Circle- Rear, Magnolia Lane, and Birch Way as public ways as shown on a plan entitled x ""Compiled Road Easement Taking Plans Mashpee Shores Subdivision in Mashpee, Massachusetts (Barnstable County),"dated July 28, 1998, by the BSC Group, Inc., which layouts shall have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen to acquire by gift, purchase or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate, or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Mashpee Shores Roadways Account and ,j to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any other enabling authority and to issue a. bonds and notes of the Town therefor, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Mashpee Shores Roadways Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.
