Article 34 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw as follows: <br /> Renumber the Subsection 174-5.C. "IC Overlay District" approved under Article 27 of <br /> the warrant for the October 1999 Annual Town Meeting to become subsection 174- <br /> 5.E., j <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> t <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> i <br /> Explanation: In reviewing and approving article 27 of the October 1999 Annual <br /> Town Meeting warrant, the Attorney General's office noted that the Town had <br /> previously adopted another Subsection 174-5.C.regarding Wireless Facilities and <br /> suggested that this corrective article be filed.
