01 1 IAR 2 7 All 11: p <br /> Article,* <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend Chapter 172 of the Mashpee Code by <br /> renumbering Subsection 2 of Section 7.A as Subsection 3 and relettering and <br /> renumbering subsection references therein as shown on a proposed amended <br /> subsection on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, or take any other action relating <br /> thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Conservation Commission <br /> Explanation: The subsection in question was unanimously passed at last October's <br /> Town Meeting and was approved by the Attorney General. However, it was erroneously { <br /> numbered as Subsection 2, when there already was a Subsection 2. It should have <br /> been numbered as Subsection 3. The amendment proposed by this article includes <br /> additional relettering and renumbering of the renumbered Subsection 3 to make it <br /> consistent with the pre-existing numbering/lettering.
