The grant will provide for pre-development and ancillary <br /> costs associated with the disposition of lot#29 in the Mashpee Executive/Industrial Park. <br /> The 3 acre lot, donated by the Mashpee Industrial Park Trust, will be developed by a <br /> private developer to produce occupancy for a new or expanding business with the explicit <br /> intent to provide job opportunities for Mashpee residents. <br /> Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded the opportunity to do so. <br /> The public is encouraged to attend,participate and/or comment on the project. <br /> The hearing will be held on January 16, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at Mashpee Town Hall, <br /> Conference Room 1.
