There is a State time limit under the Wetlands Protection Act Regulations which <br /> conflicts with Conservation holding up OoC pending Board of Appeals approval. The Wetlands r <br /> Protection Act Regulations 310 CMR 10.00 require issuance of the OoC within 21 days from the <br /> close of the hearing. This will expedite the Notice of Intent process considerably for applicants t <br /> going before the Conservation Commission. t <br /> Motion made by David Leveille.
