There is a State time limit under the Wetlands Protection Act Regulations which conflicts with Conservation holding up OoC pending Board of Appeals approval. The Wetlands r Protection Act Regulations 310 CMR 10.00 require issuance of the OoC within 21 days from the close of the hearing. This will expedite the Notice of Intent process considerably for applicants t going before the Conservation Commission. t Motion made by David Leveille.
