The r <br /> undersigned residents agree to release the Town from any and all damage claims resulting from <br /> the laying out, grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land <br /> necessary to lay out the way. We understand that a betterment will be assessed to the property <br /> owners abutting the way for work performed to carry out the above-referenced tasks."
