Motion made by Petitioner. i Motion made to indefinitely postpone made. �s Motion to indefinitely postpone passes at 10:52 p.m. Article 36 We, the undersigned residents of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend and Femgully Pass, hereby petition the Board of Selectmen for the layout and acceptance of Leatherleaf Lane, Bog River Bend and Ferngully Pass as a public way pursuant to Mashpee Bylaws section 150-6. The r undersigned residents agree to release the Town from any and all damage claims resulting from the laying out, grading and construction of the way and the taking by eminent domain of any land necessary to lay out the way. We understand that a betterment will be assessed to the property owners abutting the way for work performed to carry out the above-referenced tasks."
