Article 11 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen to accept grant funds <br /> from the Massachusetts Technology Park Corporation in accordance with Massachusetts <br /> General Laws, Chapter 40J, Section 4E, and to apply or transfer such grant funds to <br /> offset fees incurred under the Town's agreements with the SEMASS Partnership, or take <br /> any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Board of Selectmen <br /> f <br /> Explanation: This article is necessary to accept grant funding from the state's <br /> technology fund created for the purpose of reimbursing communities for the cost of <br /> making air quality technology improvements to trash to energy facilities. Mashpee's <br /> share of this grant funding is estimated at approximately $400,000.
