Article 9 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to authorize a revolving Council on Aging Account through the <br /> Town Accountant's office in accordance with Mass. General Laws, Chapter 44, Section 53E 1/2, <br /> to be expended under the direction of the Council on Aging, in order to place anticipated <br /> revenues collected from program income which shall be used to further the operation of <br /> programs under the Council on Aging, and to establish the limit on expenditures from said <br /> account for Fiscal Year 2002 at $7,500, or to take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Council on Aging <br /> Explanation: A revolving account is required'in order to receive and disburse funds generated 'r <br /> through programs supported by such revolving fund such as senior trips and educational <br /> program staff.
