ARTICLE AND PETITION FORM <br /> To see if the town will accept the layout of those portions of Polaris Drive and <br /> Gemini Rd that are within the boundaries of The Holland Mill subdivision, and <br /> Libra and Aries Lanes in their entirety, as public ways as shown on a plan entitled <br /> "Road Easement Taking Plan, Holland Mill Subdivision in Mashpee, Massachusetts <br /> (Barnstable County)", dated December 13, 2000 by the BSC Group, Inc. which <br /> layout shall have been filed in the Office of the Town Clerk, not later than seven <br /> days prior to the date of the vote hereunder and to authorize the Board of Selectmen <br /> to acquire by gift, purchase, or eminent domain taking any land necessary for the <br /> purposes of such ways as so laid out, and to raise and appropriate , transfer from <br /> available finds, or borrow a sum or sums for such purchase or taking including <br /> borrowing costs therefore , and to fiirther authorize the Board of Selectmen to <br /> assess betterments to the owners of the land abutting the ways, or take any other <br /> action relating thereto. <br /> NAME (printed) ADDRESS SIGNATURE <br /> r <br /> r <br />
