In the second sentence, delete the phrase "and Parks and Recreation Director" and replace the phrase "shall also submit copies to the Shellfish Commissioner, Harbormaster and Waterways Committee, and the applicant shall supply any additional copies" with the phrase "shall also notify the Shellfish Constable and Harbormaster of the application and that copies may be viewed at the office of the Town Planner"; Eliminate the third sentence; or take any other action relating thereto. F . Submitted by Planning Board Explanation: This article would reduce the number of copies of special permit application materials required to be filed with the Planning Board and eliminates requirements for copies of all application materials to be forwarded to the "Parks and Recreation Director", "Waterways Committee" and Zoning Board of Appeals. Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 18, 2002 4-0 for approval. Motion made by David Leveille. Motion passes unanimously at 8:25 p.m. Article 18 To see if the Town will vote to authorize and empower the Board of Selectmen to prepare a plan laying out and defining Grenadier Lane and to accomplish said purpose and for expenses incidental and related thereto, the Town vote to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funds for appropriation a sum of money to the Grenadier Lane Account and to raise said appropriation the Treasurer, with the approval of the Board of Selectmen, be authorized to borrow at one time, or from time to time, a sum of money under and pursuant to Chapter 44, Section 7 or 8 or any enabling authority and to issue bonds and notes of the Town therefore, and further, to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer from available funds a sum of money to the Grenadier Lane Account to provide interest and debt issuance expenses, or take any other action relating thereto.
