Town of Mashpee <br /> October 7,2002 Annual Town Meeting <br /> Meeting called to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> 269 Voters present <br /> Quorum 0 <br /> Article 14 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the zoning bylaw by replacing Subsection 174- <br /> 45.2B.(4) with the following: <br /> a' <br /> "(4) In addition to the Dimensional Requirements specified in §174-25E.(I 1), a twenty <br /> (20) foot vegetative buffer containing adequate screening given the character of the <br /> neighborhood and the intensity of the use shall be provided between adult entertainment <br /> uses and abutting commercial uses, if any." <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by Planning Board <br /> Explanation: This article would fix an error in the existing Zoning By-law by providing <br /> the correct reference to the Table of Use Regulations section for Adult Entertainment <br /> Uses, which is §174-25E.(l l). The letter E had been left out. <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on September 18, 2002 4-0 for <br /> approval. <br /> Motion made by George Green. <br /> Motion: I move Article 14 be voted as printed in the Warrant with the exception of the i <br /> phrase, "or take any other action relating thereto". s�l <br /> Motion passes unanimously it 811 p.m. <br /> own of shpee,Ivt. <br />
