General Laws for the Period of July 1, 2003 to June 30, <br /> 2004, and further to see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate and transfer a sum of <br /> money to defray the Town's expenses for the ensuing fiscal year according to the following line <br /> item budget with the maximum amount to be appropriated as shown in the column entitled <br /> "Dept.
