SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, payments of 75% of <br /> the health insurance premiums for town retirees and surviving spouses of town employees and <br /> retirees that have been made by the Town of Mashpee are hereby confirmed and ratified. <br /> SECTION 2.
