To see if the Town will vote to instruct the Selectmen to appoint a full time Police Chief as provided for in Section 97, Chapter 41, General Laws of Massachusetts who r�. M will be on duty between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. five days a week with no other job commitments during duty hours, and to be subject to call twenty-four (24) hours a day except when relieved by a special policeman, or take any other action thereon.
