Article 15 To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw, Section 174-31, Footnote 14, Land Space Requirements Table, by adding the following: In Commercial and Industrial Districts, any land within the side and rear lot lines shall have a(10) foot vegetated buffer, either in its natural state or in accordance with a landscape plan approved by the Design Review Committee, with the recommendations made to the Zoning Board of Appeals or the Planning Board. or take any other action relating thereto. Submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals Explanation: The Design Review Committee recommends that the applicants of all projects within these districts install a buffer adjacent to the property lines.
