Article 15 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw, Section 174-31, Footnote 14, Land <br /> Space Requirements Table, by adding the following: <br /> In Commercial and Industrial Districts, any land within the side and rear lot lines shall <br /> have a(10) foot vegetated buffer, either in its natural state or in accordance with a <br /> landscape plan approved by the Design Review Committee, with the recommendations <br /> made to the Zoning Board of Appeals or the Planning Board. <br /> or take any other action relating thereto. <br /> Submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals <br /> Explanation: The Design Review Committee recommends that the applicants of all projects <br /> within these districts install a buffer adjacent to the property lines. <br /> Motion made by Wayne Taylor. G; <br /> Motion: I move Article 15 be voted as printed in the Warrant except to delete the phrase, "or ' <br /> take any other action relating thereto' and to insert the phrase "at a minimum"prior to the phrase <br /> "a(10)foot vegetated buffer". <br /> Planning Board voted at a Public Hearing held on October 1, 2003 4-0 for approval. <br /> Motion passes by 2/3rds vote needed, 197 to 3 at 8:24 p.m. <br /> Article 16 <br /> To see if the Town will vote to amend the Zoning Bylaw as follows: <br /> Delete the existing §174-25(A)(8) in its entirety and replace with the following: <br /> "Accessory apartment, subject to the provisions of§174-45.4;" and within the Table of Use <br /> Regulations, insert the letters "SP"under R-3 and R-5, and the symbol "-"under all other zoning <br /> districts. <br /> In addition, add the following new section within Article IX, Special Provisions: <br /> "§174-45.4. Accessory Apartment. <br /> A Special Permit authorizing one accessory apartment per lot may be granted if consistent with <br /> the following: r, <br /> A. In order for an accessory dwelling to be permitted, in addition to meeting all of the <br /> requirements under subsections B-H, the principal dwelling unit shall not be occupied by <br /> anyone other than the property owner as listed on the latest recorded deed. <br /> f, <br /> October 20, 2003 Town Meeting <br />
