In Section 174-35 replace the phrase"the off-street parking space requirements"with the <br /> phrase"parking facilities"- <br /> Replace the current wording of Section 174-37 with the following: <br /> §174-37. Location of facilities. Required parking facilities shall be provided on the same <br /> lot or parcel as the principal use they are designed to serve, unless otherwise permitted by a <br /> Special Permit issued by the Planning Board. Parking facilities shall be located to the side or <br /> rear of the principal structure(s) on a lot or parcel, unless the permitting authority determines <br /> that an alternative location will improve the project aesthetically, substantially reduce impacts <br /> on natural or historic resources or improve public safety." Parking facility dimensions.
