A height increase could be permitted as part <br /> of a special permit for hotels and motels only (and not nursing homes or the other uses allowed <br /> under Section 174-45) only if there is adequate access for fire equipment and all fire protection <br /> documents required for such projects by the State Building Code have been provided as part of <br /> the special permit application materials and the Code's fire protection standards will be <br /> satisfied. <br /> 14 f; <br /> I' <br />
