Article 11: An article submitted by the Board of Selectmen amending Section 174-91 to <br /> increase the membership of the Zoning Board of Appeals from 3 to 5 members, along with <br /> up to 6 associate members. 4- 0 to recommend as printed; 10/1/03. <br /> If <br /> 2. Article 12: An article submitted by the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and <br /> Board of Selectmen amending all or portions of Sections 174-3, 174-37, 174-38, 174-39, <br /> 174-41 and 174-42 to update the zoning by-law's parking facility standards, including <br /> location of facilities, parking facility dimensions and required number of spaces, to establish <br /> design and landscaping requirements for parking lots, to establish loading facility <br /> requirements and to add a number of parking and landscaping-related definitions, as well as <br /> definitions of the terms "parcel", "tract" and "site". 4 - 0 to recommend with <br /> amendments: add driveway definition and changing "aisle, driving" to "aisle, <br /> parking"; 10/1/03 <br /> 3 <br /> 3.
