An article submitted by the Board of Selectmen amending Section 174-91 to increase the <br /> C <br /> membership of the Zoning Board of Appeals from 3 to 5 members, along with up to 6 <br /> associate members. <br /> 2. An article submitted by the Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals and Board of <br /> Selectmen amending all or portions of Sections 174-3, 174-37, 174-38, 174-39, 174-41 and <br /> 174-42 to update the zoning by-law's parking facility standards, including location of C; <br /> facilities, parking facility dimensions and required number of spaces, to establish design and <br /> landscaping requirements for parking lots, to establish loading facility requirements and to <br /> add a number of parking and landscaping-related definitions, as well as definitions of the <br /> terms "parcel", tract and"site". <br /> 41 <br /> 3. An article submitted by the Planning Board amending Sections 174-31, 174-45.D. and 174- <br /> 45.I. that would allow the Planning Board to authorize an increase in height for a hotel or <br /> motel as part of the special permit required for such projects, allow the Board the option of <br /> reducing mandatory buffer areas for hotel, nursing home and similar projects permitted <br /> under Section 174-45 and adding the I-C Overlay zoning district to the areas where 50% <br /> open space is not required for such projects. <br /> 4. An article submitted by the Planning Board amending Section 174-25.F.(3) to allow <br /> automobile repair shops, provided that work is carried out within the building" in the I-1 <br /> Industrial zoning district. <br /> 5. An article submitted by the Zoning Board of Appeals amending footnote 14 of the Section <br /> 174-31 Land Space Requirements Table to add a requirement that in Commercial and <br /> Industrial districts a 10 foot natural or landscaped buffer be provided along side and rear lot <br /> lines.
