The land would be permanently restricted to uses deemed appropriate by <br /> r <br /> the Board of Selectmen (and would also have to conform to applicable zoning), with design and <br /> other conditions specified by the Selectmen, and would be transfered to an agency or <br /> organization selected through a "Request for Proposals" process.
