enforce the provisions of this bylaw. The Town Clerk must discover or have been made aware <br /> of a violation and shall not take action until: <br /> 1. A letter to the violator detailing the item(s) of noncompliance shall be sent within thirty <br /> (30) days of the violation; and <br /> 2. The violator shall have been given twenty-one (2 1) days to remedy the violation or <br /> provide sufficient reasons to seek a waiver of compliance.
