Massachusetts <br /> To Whom It May Concern: <br /> The decision of the Mashpee Appeals board of January 4. 1973 is hereby amended to show <br /> that the name of the petitioner has been changed from Massasoit Realty Trust to <br /> Massasoit Realty Trust, and or James Smith and Norman Epstein. The change regarding the <br /> the aforementioned petition shall be filed with the Town Cleric, Mashpee, on Wedneday <br /> November 14. 1973• <br /> The decision of the board regarding the above petition granted a Special Permit, con— <br /> ditioned upon ten requests, and enclosed herewith.
