Umina A Special Permit for the <br /> construction of Quashnet Valley Country Club with and including the following <br /> conditions: <br /> 1. All plans shall be submitted to the Conservation Commission, <br /> Town of ?4ashpee. <br /> 2. All subdivision plans shall be submitted to the Plannding Board <br /> as required under Section 9.38 Mashpee Zoning By-Law. <br /> 3. The project shall be phaeed' ober a five year period as follows: <br /> Multi-Family Single Family <br /> Year 1 143 Unitd Optional but no more <br /> than 36 per year <br /> Year 2 143 Units " <br /> Year 3 143 Units " <br /> Year 4 143 Units " <br /> Year 5 143 Units " <br /> 4. The Golf Course and Club House shall be constructed during <br /> Phase 1. No building permits will be issued for Phase II until <br /> the completion of the Golf Course and Club House. <br /> 5. All other recreational facilities, as per plegSubmitted to the <br /> Appeals Board, shall be completed during Phase II. <br /> 6. A one hundred foot buffer zone, to be left in its natural state, <br /> shall be established on each side of the Quashnet River through <br /> the entire project area. <br /> 7. All sections of Section 9.3 of the Mashpee Zoning By-Law of 1973 <br /> shall be strictly adhered to. <br /> 8. The Planning Board, Appeals Board, Conservation Commission, and <br /> Building Inspector shall from time to time inspect the project <br /> area to determine if the provisions of Section 9.3 are being adhered <br /> to. <br /> 9.
